We process personal data that is required to provide a contact form and respond to your request for information.

Social media

Currence offers the opportunity to share pages of its website idin.nl on social media, such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. If you click on the button of the social media platform concerned in order to share a page, the web browser will send all of the usual information to the chosen platform. This concerns data that is always sent when a user clicks on a hyperlink, including his/her IP address, the type, version and settings of the user’s web browser and the URL of the webpage containing the hyperlink. If the user does not click the share button for a social media platform, no data will be sent to that platform.

Retaining data

When your personal data is received via the contact form, we retain this data for a maximum of two months, calculated from the date on which the request for information was received, in order to be able to effectively respond to any follow-up questions. Data is deleted as soon as the requested information has been processed.
